Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after the delivery date. To start a return, email us with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions; unapproved returns can be delayed or may not reach the correct processing location.

To be eligible, an item must be in new, unused, unmodified condition and returned with its original packaging, parts, manuals, and hardware when applicable. Please retain packaging until you have inspected the item and decided to keep it. If an item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

We provide prepaid return shipping for eligible returns within the United States. There is no restocking fee for an eligible return. Items marked final sale on the product page at the time of purchase, custom or personalized items, and gift cards are not returnable unless required by law or the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receipt and inspection. Your card issuer or bank may take additional time to post the credit. If only part of an order is returned, the refund covers the eligible returned item or items only.

If an item is returned damaged because it was not packaged with reasonable care, is missing components, shows use beyond ordinary inspection, or is sent without authorization, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value or contact you to discuss the return. This does not limit your rights when an item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
